Why the name "TRINITY"?
Why is her name "TRINITY": Father, Son and Holy Ghost. We can't do anything without God. Even committing to our fitness journey is hard without Him.
Why a pig?
Of all animals, why a pig? Pigs eat anything. Out of shape people are referred to as "fat pigs". For anyone who has been called a pig, based off appearance, like I have, I want to give a new visual and a different mindset.
New Visual & Mindset
I'm not going to promote body positivity, but I will promote taking care of the body God gave you. Healthy does not mean skinny. If you don't like what you see in the mirror, one day at a time, do something about it. Don't stress yourself out. You can appreciate the body you have and still work to improve it.
For some, having consistent healthy discipline can be hard in your own strength. Don't try to do it within YOUR strength. You need the help of the Holy Spirit to practice self-control. Have accountability partners and if needed, see a counselor/therapist.
You are the product of YOUR choices.
It can be easy to blame others for situations we find ourselves in. It would be great if everyone supported your new journey by not surrounding you with items you made a choice not to partake in.
Reality is everyone will not be on board to support you and that is okay. This journey is your responsibility. Even if everyone around you chooses to eat the cake at the party, YOU still have a choice to make concerning YOUR body. You are the product of YOUR choices.
