It involve exercise routines, nutrition ideas, and motivational content infused with Christian principles such as discipline, perseverance, and stewardship of the body as a temple. We also include aspects of fellowship, support, and encouragement from a Christian perspective.

Being COMMITTED to fitness involves partnering with CHRIST, OVERCOMING OBSTACLES with MOTIVATION and MINDFULNESS, showing INTENTIONALITY in TRAINING, being TENACIOUS, building ENDURANCE, and maintaining DISCIPLINE.
Dedicating one day a week for 30 minutes may not seem like a lot, but it will bring you better results than doing nothing at all. Find a routine that works for you and stick to it, no matter how small it may seem. Don't set yourself up for failure by committing to unrealistic goals like five days a week for two hours each day if you know you can't maintain that. Instead, focus on setting achievable goals that you can build upon, and remember to celebrate your progress along the way.
